HUBB Homes Community Newsletter — September 2026

Independent shared housing with stability in mind.

From all of us at HUBB Homes here in Jacksonville, thank you for being part of this community. Whether you are a current resident, a case manager or referral partner, a neighbor, or a supporter cheering us on, this update is for you.

Our mission is simple: create clean, respectful shared housing where independent adults can find stability, dignity, and a sense of belonging. Every bed, every conversation, and every partnership moves that mission forward.

Community Spotlight: Stability Through Community

Every day, we see what happens when stability and community come together. Residents are getting back on their feet, reconnecting with family, finding steady work, and rebuilding routines that feel healthy and hopeful. None of this is about charity. It is about choice, dignity, and opportunity.

At HUBB Homes, residents share more than just a roof. They share meals, stories, resources, and encouragement. House standards around cleanliness, respect, and reliability help everyone feel safe and supported. When someone lands a new job, sticks with a savings plan, or takes a big step toward a personal goal, the whole house celebrates.

We are especially proud of residents who are embracing second chances and rebuilding dignity on their own terms. From veterans and seniors to individuals reentering the community after time away, each person brings strength, resilience, and value. HUBB Homes is designed to reflect that truth: you are not a case file or a statistic here. You are a neighbor and a vital part of this community.

What's New at HUBB

We are always working to make HUBB Homes a better place to live and partner with. Here are a few recent updates:

  • New beds available: We have added a small number of new beds in our shared housing model for independent adults. If you are a case manager or community partner, now is a great time to submit a referral for veterans, seniors, individuals in reentry, or adults who would benefit from a clean, stable community setting.
  • Home improvements: Recent updates include fresh paint, improved common areas, and ongoing attention to cleanliness and maintenance. We want residents to feel proud to invite friends, family, and support teams into their living space.
  • Community check-ins: We are piloting relaxed, house-wide check-ins where residents can share wins, ask questions, and help shape house life together. These conversations support independence while building connection and accountability.
  • Upcoming community gathering: We are planning a casual community cookout where residents, referral partners, and supporters can connect in person. Details are coming soon, but expect good food, good conversation, and a chance to learn more about how HUBB Homes operates.

These resources work best when they are connected. HUBB Homes is committed to partnering with organizations that respect residents’ independence while offering practical, judgment-free support.
